BRIGHTLINE DEEMED “THE BEST WAY TO NAVIGATE SOUTH FLORIDA” BY PORTHOLE CRUISE MAGAZINE

MIAMI, Fla. (January 24, 2019) – Brightline received top honors and was named “The Best Way to Navigate South Florida” by Porthole Cruise Magazine. Each year, Editor-In-Chief Bill Panoff selects his favorite experiences from around the world, and Brightline was recognized as the most convenient, comfortable and reliable way to experience the South Florida region.

Brightline's three South Florida stations are located within a convenient Lyft ride to PortMiami, Port Everglades and the Port of Palm Beach. By utilizing Brightline to reach their final port destination, cruisers can start their vacation early by sitting back, relaxing and enjoying the journey. Brightline's stations are also located within walking distance to many of the region's top cultural and entertainment destinations.

“Brightline believes we can serve the cruise industry by providing a convenient and reliable way for travelers to get to any port of choice in South Florida,” said Ali Soule, Director of Public Affairs and Media Relations for Brightline. “Start your cruise vacation early with our amenity filled Select service and enjoy the ride.”

"This is, hands down, the best way to get around South Florida," says Porthole Editor-In-Chief Bill Panoff. "In a choice between the traffic on I-95 and experiencing the real luxury of these trains, there's no contest. It's a must for anyone traveling around Miami, Fort Lauderdale and the Palm Beaches."

Guests have the opportunity to elevate their transportation to their vacation by riding in Brightline's new Select service. Announced in late 2018, the new Select service is designed for leisure and business travelers seeking a premium alternative. Select service includes station parking and enhanced lounge and on-board experiences. Depending on the time of day, the Select lounge features complimentary breakfast and charcuterie platters and unlimited, complimentary beverages, including alcohol, is always available.

Select ticket holders also receive escorted pre-boarding from a dedicated attendant to the platform that will feature grab-and-go-items, such as snacks, wine and accessories. Onboard service will include complimentary scented cold hand towels, magazines, headphones and kids bags for those 12 and under. Chargers are also available upon request. On board, service will include fresh pastries and assorted breakfast items in the morning and a specially curated bento box during the afternoon and evening.

Whether guests are traveling for a cruise vacation or wishing to explore South Florida, Brightline is the most convenient, comfortable and reliable way to travel.
